The Moody 46 is a superb high performance vessel for blue-water cruising. She accommodates seven, but can be sailed comfortably by two people, with all controls located within the long cockpit. Inmast furling mainsail, headsail furling system. Forward cabin: centreline double berth, large hanging locker to starboard, opening deck hatch. Port guest cabin: twin single berths, hanging locker and storage, opening deck hatch. Forward heads: Wash basin, marine toilet, separate shower area, hot and cold pressurised water, opening deck hatch. Saloon: Large C shaped settee to port side with folding leaf table, to starboard are 2 built in armchairs with a built in locker between, the built in armchairs house pull out stools to provide additional seating around the dining table, hull portlights, large saloon windows, opening deck hatch. Navigation area: navigation desk, chart table seat, wet hanging locker aft of chart table seat. Galley: Large U-shaped galley one step down from saloon, twin sinks, large front opening stainless steel refrigerator plus top opening freezer, cooker, microwave, shore support system, extractor fan. Port passage cabin: accessed aft of navigation area the cabin comprises a single mid level height berth above built in locker/sideboard unit. Aft stateroom: large centreline double berth, twin curved seats flowing away from the berth, vanity desk, deck hatch, opening portlights, aft facing coachroof window. En suite: En suite to the aft stateroom, separate shower stall, marine toilet and wash hand basin, opening portlight for light and ventilation. Optional forward stateroom: An option of a large forward stateroom in place of the forward cabin and port guest cabin. This stateroom comprises of a large centreline double berth with drawer space beneath, a large desk/dressing table is fitted aft to port in conjunction with a 2 seater settee.
